Four months after achieving Premier Google Partner status, BuzzShift has been acquired by Ivie & Associates.

Dallas-based BuzzShift focuses on digital marketing for clients such as Verizon, Landry’s, Which Wich, and the National Breast Cancer Foundation. The premier status gives BuzzShift the ability to answer questions related to search engine optimization, AdWords, and other questions.

The team’s 24 employees now will join Flower Mound-based Ivie & Associates, a marketing firm with 700 employees in the U.S. and China. That includes the company’s founders Cameron Gawley and Eddy Badrina, who will retain the current client list.

“BuzzShift has built a great track record of success in many verticals that align with Ivie’s long-term strategic growth plan, and we look forward to working together to share our collective expertise for the benefit of our clients,” Warren Ivie, founder and CEO of Ivie & Associates, said in a release.
