Dallas-based Arcade is Boosting Employee Incentive Programs With a $20K Match Program

The local information services company has committed to matching up to $5 million in employee incentives for eligible small businesses.

Dallas-based Arcade, a tech and information services company, is launching a new program to boost employee morale and put money in employee’s pockets during these uncertain times.

Arcade has made a commitment to match up to $5 million in employee incentives for small businesses. To do so, the company is offering $20,000 per company after the economic struggle of the market shutdown. Eligible businesses that apply will receive $500 per location or a maximum of $20,000 to put toward employee incentives and 90-day access to Arcade.

Arcade is a technology and information services company with offices in Dallas and Melbourne, Australia. The company strives to help organizations boost motivation and performance for employees with its mobile application for Apple and Android.

“We know many businesses are stretched financially during this time, and so we felt compelled to step up to the plate and support frontline employees in a real way,” CEO David Cherrie said in a statement. “Our goal is to double every dollar that companies are willing to invest into incentives for their employees.”

Based on a employer’s budget, managers can transfer funds into Arcade to create a prize pool while setting goals and games for employees to accomplish.

Employees can earn points by meeting sales or milestones set by the organization. Those can then be exchanged for gift cards from hundreds of brands, such as Starbucks, Netflix, and Uber.

Through the application, Arcade is able to build a culture for organizations: There’s peer recognition, along with incentives that are meant for everyone. Arcade also creates an atmosphere of competition and community by allowing employees to acknowledge their coworkers with recognition stars.

To apply, an organization must have five-1,000 employees on payroll, have been in business for over a year, and be a small business with multiple locations. Businesses that meet the criteria can apply for the offer until June 30 on Arcade’s webpage.

Completed applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis, and Arcade expects to distribute funds starting July 6. To apply, click on the link here.
