Nikhil Harsh was promoted to chief revenue officer at McKinney-based Cytracom, a provider of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions built for managed service providers.
As CRO, he now leads the company’s sales organization, partner enablement, partner success and revenue operations.
“Cytracom’s commitment to execution, innovation, and partner success is what drew me here—and it’s what makes this next chapter so meaningful,” Harsh said in an announcement in April. He added that he’s passionate about helping MSPs build value and scale their businesses.
Harsh’s promotion comes as the company broadens its platform strategy and grows its North Texas presence. In October 2024, Cytracom relocated its headquarters to McKinney’s District 121, taking over about 30,000 square feet to support workforce growth and innovation, with plans to double its staff by the end of 2025.
Cytracom said it continues to evaluate strategic growth opportunities after its recent acquisitions. In January, it acquired Telivy to add Security and Risk Management tools, and in June it acquired Plano-based Tentacle, a cybersecurity platform that helps MSPs manage third-party risk and GRC programs.
Cytracom said Harsh has helped scale its sales efforts and drive results in partner conversion and retention. Harsh joined the company in July 2023 as senior vice president of sales, and under his leadership, the company said it has more than doubled the number of partners transacting monthly.
Before Cytracom, Harsh built his career at the intersection of finance, sales and partner strategy. He began in investment banking, then earned his MBA and joined Datto, where he held leadership roles during the company’s rapid expansion, multiple acquisitions and IPO.
The company said Harsh’s track record in integrating new capabilities into go-to-market execution supports its long-term vision for delivering a unified infrastructure platform built for MSPs.
In April, Cytracom CEO Zane Conkle noted that Harsh’s “combination of sales leadership, channel expertise, and financial discipline” makes him a strong fit to drive revenue growth. He added that Harsh brings a partner-first mindset aligned with Cytracom’s mission and an ability to lead with strategy and empathy.
Last fall, Cytracom also named Rob McDonald chief product officer to lead its portfolio and drive new offerings, further strengthening its leadership team.
