Common Desk is heading west to open its first location in Fort Worth, becoming one of the tenants at the newly renamed Crockett Row at West 7th.
That’s the new, rebranded name for the popular West 7th dining, entertainment, and shopping district in west Fort Worth.
“Workplace trends continue to change, but coworking has caused a workplace shift that is permanent,” Common Desk founder Nick Clark said in a release. “Turn-keyed office experiences are here to stay, and we are now doubling down on the overall experience and level of hospitality we provide to our members.”

Common Desk’s Fort Worth location will be a 13,000-square-foot space with 75 shared desk seats, 110 dedicated desks, 25 private offices, and five conference rooms, according to CultureMap Dallas. All the spaces will be available to lease on a monthly basis.
Also, there will be shared bikes available, as well as outdoor patios, and a hospitality bar containing snacks, beer, and locally roasted coffee.
Common Desk opened in 2012 in Deep Ellum, which recently expanded from the original 3,500-square-foot size to 17,000 square feet of space. The Deep Ellum location was followed by an Oak Cliff site next to the Bishop Arts District.
