Interim president Mark Jones has been named the next president and CEO of Bonton Farms, a Dallas-based nonprofit providing holistic community support by addressing health, wellness, and housing challenges.
Jones has been serving as the interim president since July and previously served as chairman of Bonton Farms’ board of directors for three years and has been affiliated with Bonton for five years. The move follows the July resignation of former Bonton president and CEO Gabrielle Madison, who had served in the post since 2022.
“I’m deeply honored and humbled to be appointed as the new president and CEO of Bonton Farms,” Jones said in a statement. “I am grateful to the board of directors, leadership and staff, and the Bonton community for entrusting me with the responsibility to lead this remarkable organization. I look forward to working alongside the community to create positive change.”
Bonton said that Jones has years of experience in community-oriented leadership and is an accomplished entrepreneur, philanthropist, and visionary leader dedicated to creating positive change across Dallas and Dallas County. His experience spans business, housing, and nonprofit sectors.
“The board unanimously agreed Mark Jones is the right leader to guide Bonton Farms into its next chapter,” said Daron Babcock, founder and board member of Bonton Farms and managing director, place-based initiatives at Stand Together Foundation. “Mark has demonstrated exceptional vision, collaborative leadership, and a deep commitment to our mission and we look forward to his continued momentum.”
Stand Together Foundation is dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential through community-driven change.
