Downtown Dallas is getting a new four-story, see-and-be-seen destination. The Hampton Social at 1520 Main St. will open for dining beginning March 20, marking an expansion into Texas by Chicago-based Parker Hospitality.
The Dallas location is the 13th for the brand, which also has locations in Illinois, Colorado, Florida, and Tennessee.
“Our team is excited to bring The Hampton Social’s signature hospitality and vibrant atmosphere to the Dallas community,” Parker Hospitality founder and CEO Brad Parker said in a statement. “Dallas has experienced incredible growth in recent years, evolving into a premier destination for dining, entertainment and culture, and we’re honored to introduce a space where guests can experience the coastal-inspired lifestyle The Hampton Social is known for. “

The 17,224-square-foot space will offer expansive indoor, outdoor and rooftop dining areas, featuring a 360-degree bar and The Hampton Social’s signature “Rosé All Day” neon sign. Designed to capture “the laid-back elegance of summer in the Hamptons,” the space aims to immerse guests in a vacation-like escape with coastal-inspired design, breezy open spaces, and signature blue-and-white décor.
Parker Hospitality said that daily live music performances will enhance the customer experience, creating the perfect setting to relax, unwind and enjoy the hotel’s vibrant energy.

Members-only club
Parker Hospitality said the new Dallas location will be the first to introduce the Hampton House, an exclusive members-only club that will open shortly after the restaurant’s debut.
The company said the Hampton House is designed for high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs and is curated for those seeking to immerse themselves even further in The Hampton Social lifestyle, to connect, unwind and enjoy a vibrant social scene.
Membership is by invitation or application only, the company said.
Special eats and drinks
Parker Hospitality said The Hampton Social offers lunch and dinner daily, featuring a coastal-inspired menu packed with bold flavors to satisfy a variety of tastes.
It said that seafood lovers will find signature dishes such as the Crab & Shrimp Bruschetta, a balanced bite of fresh seafood and bright flavors, the Lobster Roll served two ways—warm and buttery Manhattan-style or chilled and creamy Maine-style, or the Honey Glazed Salmon, topped with a sweet honey-soy glaze and served with sautéed greens, asparagus, sesame seeds and seafood salad.
Guests also can choose from the brand’s Double Smash Burger, classic Steak Frites, or the Braised Short Rib Over Polenta, “a rich, slow-braised short rib served atop creamy polenta for the ultimate comfort dish.”
The menu also features various hand-tossed pizzas and freshly made pastas to round out the offerings, Parker Hospitality said.
Brunch at The Hampton Social will be served every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering “a lively and indulgent kickstart to the weekend.”
The restaurant will feagture a beverage program led by Beverage Director Carla Lorenzo, featuring a wine list with more than 20 rosé options and specialty cocktails including the signature Hampton Frosé made with Tito’s Vodka, rose and peach puree and The Pink Reverie with vodka, guava, Aperol, a citrus blend and a pink cocktail “cloud.”
“Part of The Hampton Social experience is our fun and approachable beverage program,” Lorenzo said. “Our offerings range from signature cocktails and an extensive wine list to refreshing mocktails for those seeking alcohol-free alternatives. We’re providing variety for our guests to discover new favorites with each visit.”
