Wednesday NTT Data marked the one-year anniversary of its $3.1 billion acquisition of Dell Services.
NTT Data Services, the Plano division of the Japanese IT services provider, held an event to celebrate its “innoversary” and officially open the Client Experience Center at its Legacy West office in Plano.
The new space includes an Executive Briefing Center and Collaboration Center to offer NTT Data clients creative-inducing environments to solve business problems.

New research shows 77 percent of organizations surveyed are not prepared for continued challenges from health crises and natural disasters. And many companies aren't looking to their employees for the answers. Still, a small group of leaders with a focus on innovation—about 6 percent—are performing “above average” in nearly all areas, including financial performance, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
Of survey respondents, 83 percent agreed that AI grants access to unique data sets, which opens the door to differentiate offerings and win customers. But, only 16 percent of financial institutions actually use AI and data.

Frisco-based Dairy.com, the leading provider of tech, services, and intelligence platforms to the dairy industry, has acquired New Delhi, India-based Mr.Milkman, an SaaS platform that manages milk distribution subscriptions and deliveries. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dairy.com services 80 percent of the Dairy Foods' Top 100 dairy companies, with over 100 billion pounds of milk moving through its systems. The Mr.Milkman acquisition is its first investment in India, which is the world's largest producer and consumer of milk and dairy products. The two companies will use their combined agribusiness tech and development resources to innovate last-mile dairy supply…
