Venture X Dallas will hold a grand opening for its new Galleria area professional coworking space on April 5, adding another player to the burgeoning coworking market in North Texas.
The new facility at 5301 Alpha Road, Suite E80, is part of a network of locations that offer move-in-ready private offices, open desks, conference rooms, and business lounges. Venture X plans to have more than 30 locations operating nationwide by the end of this year.
Venture X is planning to open five more DFW locations, including in Fort Worth, Plano, and Frisco.
The Galleria area location is the first Dallas facility and third Texas location for Naples, Florida-based Venture X. The company has facilities in Canada and around the U.S. It’s planning to open five more DFW locations, including in Fort Worth, Plano, and Frisco, D CEO’s Julia Bunch reported.
VENTURE X DALLAS OFFERS MANY AMENITIES
The Dallas grand opening will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the North Dallas Chamber of Commerce, as well networking with other business professionals and tours of the new facility.
Venture X said its model provides fully designed and furnished spaces that are “inspired by the luxury boutique hospitality industry.”
Other amenities include front desk greeting service, meeting rooms with the latest technology, conference rooms with video conferencing capabilities, top-of-the-line office furniture, ultra-high-speed Wi-Fi, printing and scanning, and concierge-style services designed to serve the needs of its members.
“Our modern, high-quality spaces offer reasonable rates and flexible terms for busy entrepreneurs, firms with virtual offices, satellite locations of larger corporate businesses, consultants and freelancers, and businesspeople who travel often but also require a home base of operations,” Dallas franchisee Nadim Ahmed said in a statement.
