.…on celebrating today’s philanthropic day of giving, recognized in an official proclamation by the Dallas mayor and city council, posted via LinkedIn.

Posting on LInkedIn, the Communities Foundation of Texas shared the above photo after Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson and the Dallas City Council passed an official proclamation declaring today North Texas Giving Day across the city of Dallas.

“We had an incredible group celebrating the proclamation with us,” the foundation said in the post. “A thank you to Vickie Yakunin from NTX Giving Day presenting sponsor Amazon for joining us.”

The foundation also thanked the following nonprofits in its post: After8toEducate, To Be Like Me, Brave like Ellie, Carry The Load, Dallas CASA, Buckner International.

You can still donate to NTX Giving Day by visiting northtexasgivingday.org. As of 6:24 p.m. today, the site says $47,047,9292 has been raised to support nonprofits across North Texas.
