Four up-and-coming companies will be recognized for their technological impact potential during the upcoming TechFW IMPACT Awards Luncheon at Texas Christian University.

The Oct. 17 event also will celebrate participants and graduates of TechFW programs along with the portfolio companies of TechFW’s program, Cowtown Angels, which connects early-stage companies with independent investors, according to a release.

“These entrepreneurs being recognized are committed to new or advanced technology to better our world. The opportunity to shine this spotlight on them is gratifying,” said TechFW Executive Director Darlene Boudreaux in the release.

Here’s a look at the four startups being honored:

Aeroblaze Laboratory, a 4,000-square-foot lab specializing in flammability testing for aircraft interiors in north Fort Worth.

Eosera, a wellness-focused company which creates products as a solution to underserved medical needs. It recently launched its first product, EarWax MD, on Amazon’s website and in CVS stores nationwide.

Exact Diagnostics, a company with a mission to deliver patients with accurate and reliable diagnoses.

GoVivid, a product of DirectMe, offers visually impaired individuals responsive route guidance as well as obstacle avoidance.

The luncheon’s keynote speaker will be Chris Moran, vice president of corporate development at Lockheed Martin and executive director and general manager of Lockheed Martin Ventures.
