Following Merger With Comerica Bank, Fifth Third Bank Makes Dallas Its Regional Headquarters

The Preston Center building is currently under construction, with Fifth Third’s space slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028. The bank said it intends to exit Comerica’s prior leased space at Comerica Bank Tower in Dallas. A branch in North Park at 8850 Boedeker Street in Dallas will serve as temporary headquarters until the 2028 Preston Center move.
