With nearly 15,000 of its robots deployed across the Americas to date for everyone from NASA to Walmart to Quik Trip, Pudu's solutions include service and industrial delivery, commercial cleaning, and "general embodied AI."

The luxury brand's first property in Texas will be located on a 2.5-acre site with direct access to the Katy Trail and the Dallas North Tollway. Starting price for a one-bedroom residence: $1.5 million.
