Joseph Luchenta acquired VIO’s Richardson and McKinney spas and plans to add a location in Prosper. Nashville, Tennessee-based VIO operates 65 locations in 20 states. This includes spas in Dallas, Plano and Flower Mound.

The move will bring around 1,000 relocated jobs and be completed "by the end of the year," the South Korean electronics giant said. The relocation aims to strengthen alignment across teams and offices while sharpening the company's focus "on the areas that will drive the greatest impact for our customers, partners, and business," Samsung added.
