Conceived by boutique hotel originator Ian Schrager in partnership with Marriott International, Chalk Hill's Dallas EDITION will offer a 214-key five-star hotel and 60 luxury residences. The luxury brand's first property in Texas will be located on a 2.5-acre site with direct access to the Katy Trail and the Dallas North Tollway. Starting price for a one-bedroom residence: $1.5 million.

North Texas’ Fluor Opens Office in Romania to Advance Next‑Gen Nuclear Energy Projects

Irving-based Fluor Corp. said it has already made "significant contributions" to Romania’s nuclear energy development, providing engineering, design, licensing, and project management services for two key projects: the advanced small modular reactor (SMR) project in Doicești and the expansion of the existing Cernavodă nuclear power plant.

The "design- and engineering-driven" cat litter brand has selected Dallas as the site for its future manufacturing facility, which will produce tofu cat litter engineered for automatic litter box systems. Made from soybean fiber or pulp, tofu cat litter is said to have superior odor control and cause less paw-tracking around the home, while being biodegradable, flushable, and 99% dust-free.
