Lamarsaude says there are "60-plus" artists, galleries, and creative businesses in East and Old East Dallas. Now she's working to band them together to form an attraction all their own called the East Dallas Arts District.

The identical twins behind M2G Ventures plan to transform the former CAN Academy campus into a new mixed-use redevelopment with a Humphrey Bogart-era vibe. The art-filled showcase will feature top amenities like an energy room with onsite Pelotons and a Zen library with ‘heads down’ space.
