Founded in 2011 by Ashlee Kleinert as one of Dallas' first food trucks, Ruthie's Fueled by Good became famous for its grilled cheese sandwiches and pro-social mission. Now, under Kleinert's Good Foundation umbrella, Ruthie's has its own brick-and-mortar address and a continuing mission to help the community it serves.
