The new jobs will be 37% client-facing hires and 26% technology hires, Fidelity said. The company's headcount in Texas at the end of 2022 was 9,044 employees, with more than 6,000 working at its two-building campus in Westlake, home to more than 30 Fidelity business units. “We take a long-term view to investing in our overall workforce and our people, just as we do in our businesses,” Fidelity's Kirsten Kuykendoll said.
