Plant-Based Milk Maker SunOpta Opens New $125M High Tech ‘Mega’ Plant in Midlothian

SunOpta opened a new $125 million high-tech plant in North Texas, creating 175 new jobs to manufacture its suite of plant-based milks and creamers, tea, and other products. The company aims to double its plant-based business by 2025.

At full expansion, the facility will become SunOpta's largest plant for plant-based food and beverages.
