Darling Ingredients Announces CFO Succession Plan

Brad Phillips will retire on June 15, 2025, after 36 years at Darling, the company said. His position will be filled by current EVP and Chief Strategy Officer Robert Day in February. Sandra Dudley will succeed Day under the new title of EVP, renewables and chief strategy officer.
