Fort Worth To Build a New Downtown Library and Create a Separate Community Arts Incubator

Architectural and design factors led city leaders to determine that a previously purchased building at 512 W. 4th Street wouldn't be the best choice for a modern public library, so the city plans to repurpose that building as a community arts incubator. A search for the site of an all-new downtown library is underway.
