Andrew Taylor has been appointed chief technology officer of McKinney-based Selerix, a provider of cloud-based benefits administration and communications solutions, bringing with him 25 years of experience in the technology sector.

With his strong background in data and analytics and proven track record of driving operational excellence, Andrew is ideally positioned to advance our vision and deliver smarter solutions for our customers.”
Selerix said that Taylor has significant expertise in transforming organizations, driving innovation, and scaling enterprise solutions, and as CTO, he will focus on helping advance Selerix’s long-term strategy, support its continued growth and industry leadership, and facilitate the ongoing integrations of SyncStream Solutions and The Benefits eXpert (TBX).
Before Selerix, Taylor led the Healthcare Navigation and Platform Engineering teams at Alight Solutions. Before that, he was vice president of engineering at Compass Professional Health Solutions, where he played a crucial role in expanding the company’s development team and leading key technological advancements to better serve current and prospective customers.
