Real Estate Services Company JLL Adds 3 to Its Dallas-Fort Worth Offices

Jayme Schutt, Maggie Georgieva, and Mike Allen will take roles in workplace strategy, as a general manager, and on the company's retail team.

Dallas-based real estate services giant JLL has added Jayme Schutt, Maggie Georgieva, and Mike Allen to its offices in Dallas-Fort Worth.

The company that Schutt is returning to JLL after her most recent role at Stream Realty Partners. She will serve as senior vice president of workplace strategy in JLL’s Dallas office. Georgieva will be a senior general manager in its Fort Worth office, following nine years with JLL property management in London. Allen, a former assistant vice president with Weitzman, will apply his project leasing experience to JLL’s retail team in Dallas as a vice president, the company said.

Workplace strategist

JLL said that Schutt, a proven workplace strategist and former corporate interior design expert, has rejoined the JLL office tenant representation team in Dallas-Fort Worth, having previously worked with the firm for over two years. Schutt has aided several notable organizations with their workplace strategy decisions during her time with JLL, including Invesco, Haynes Boone, and Tailwater Capital, among others.

From London to Fort Worth

Beginning her career with JLL in London as an intern, Georgieva developed skills in prime commercial property and asset management as well as unparalleled customer service and operational excellence, eventually earning her the title of Central London Team Lead for the firm’s property and asset management division.

About her time with JLL in London, Georgieva says one of the most impactful projects she worked on was 22 Bishopsgate, a 1.2 million-square-foot building that she and her team were involved in from inception to completion when they took over management efforts. In Dallas-Fort Worth, she will continue to implement her leadership capabilities as she will oversee a 12-person team to ensure client needs are met across JLL’s expansive portfolio, the company said.

Leasing expertise

With nearly a decade of experience in leasing and property acquisition, Allen has a long track record in asset-based representation within Dallas-Fort Worth. Having spent the initial part of his career at Weitzman, Allen was drawn to JLL because of its strong team dynamics and collaborative culture.

As vice president in the firm’s Dallas office, Allen will utilize his strategic approach and passion for client success to drive exceptional results for property owners and investors, the company said. Allen will join the retail brokerage team, led by Managing Director Michael Wheat.
