Plano-based Movate, a global digital technology services provider, has acquired Prescience Decision Solutions, a Bangalore, India-based firm specializing in AI, data science, and advanced analytics.
Movate said the strategic acquisition represents “a major milestone” in its journey to embed artificial intelligence at the heart of its service offerings, enabling clients to unlock real-time, data-driven outcomes through cutting-edge technologies. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The integration of Movate’s AI, generative AI, and intelligent automation capabilities with Prescience’s expertise in data science are expected to fuel the creation of “scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions” through intelligent, data-first innovation, Movate said.
