TruSUMMIT
Hyatt Regency Dallas, 300 Reunion Blvd, in Dallas

Join TruVision Health at its annual TruSUMMIT weekend event at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas. This summit will be filled with meetings, networking opportunities, business tips from the TruVision Health team, and also will focus on associate training.

MUSES: INSPIRATION, CREATIVE PROCESS AND RESULTING WORK

Experience firsthand the artwork and inspiration that has been created by eight local DFW artists. The art show will include the works of Nikki Cade, LaShonda Cooks, Kacy Latham, Kerian Massey, Lily Ngaruiya, Ashley Reedy, Jessica Small, and Stephanie Yearby. Make sure to get there early because the first 100 guests will receive a goodie bag.

SATURDAY, AUG. 4

BLOGGERS BRANDS MEDIA CONNECT
Ascension Coffee, Thanksgiving Tower Cafe, 1601 Elm St., in Dallas
noon – 3 p.m. 

The Branding Brunch, by Wallspop Marketing & Communications Group, will gather influencers, bloggers, brand builders, guest speakers, and media gurus from across the area. Attendees will have opportunities to network and listen to a panel of brands, bloggers, and media professionals as well as discuss social media practices and more, according to the event page.

DALLAS PARK DATA PICNIC
Lake Cliff Park, 1100 N. Crawford St., in Dallas
8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. 

Join EarthX and The Trust for Public Land for a day of visiting the parks of Dallas with groups of family and friends to offer feedback about the parks through a survey app. The day will include a light breakfast, training on how to use the app, and then the opportunity to explore parks and provide your own personal feedback about the park’s amenities. The day will conclude with a BBQ picnic at Lake Cliff Park.

METROCON EXPO & CONFERENCE
