Here Are the Top 25 Companies to Work For in Dallas-Fort Worth, According to LinkedIn

LinkedIn analyzed 10 emerging U.S. cities it deems best at attracting a growing number of job seekers. Topping the local list in order: AT&T, Lockheed Martin, and American Airlines.

As companies across the country recover from the pandemic, LinkedIn believes most workers are “looking to hit the reset button.” Professionals navigating the business-focused social network are exploring new jobs, at new places, in new cities across the U.S. Bottom line? People are yearning for a change of pace.

That’s led LinkedIn to launch a new version of its Top Companies: City Edition, an analysis of the best workplaces to strengthen and nurture your career. LinkedIn looked at 10 emerging cities throughout the country, ones they see as especially strong when it comes to attracting an increased number of job seekers.

On the list: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Minneapolis, and Seattle.

Each city was then examined for companies who “are heeding the call to put workers first.”

LinkedIn’s Top 25 Companies in Dallas-Fort Worth

To assemble each list, LinkedIn took localized data and measured it with seven pillars that can lead to career progression: ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, and educational background.

Eligible companies must have at least 50 employees in the city and staff reductions no higher than 10 percent. Note that not all companies are headquartered in the area—rather, they must have a significant presence and be actionable in investing in their employees. Subsidiaries are split from their parent companies.

On the list, LinkedIn notes the most common skills and job titles among employees in DFW and includes applicable learning courses. There are also links to recent news, office locations, and potential job opportunities at the companies.
