Health Wildcatters has announced that it has formally aligned with 26 venture capital firms.
The move will give the Dallas-based health accelerator’s startups more exposure and mentorship opportunities with investors, Health Wildcatters CEO Hubert Zajicek told D Healthcare Daily.
“This should help with [startups] understanding of the role we are playing,” Zajicek told D Healthcare Daily. “It’s further validation for startups that seek to be in Dallas.”

Among the participating venture capital firms in the Health Investor Alliance are Dallas-based Aristos Ventures, Irving-based Naya Ventures, Austin-based S3 Ventures, and California-based Maxim Integrated Ventures.
Health Wildcatters recently released the names of its fourth class of startups, which will be the first to operate out of its new downtown Dallas office space. The accelerator will hold a grand opening event for its new office at 5:30 p.m. Thursday on the 20th floor at 1910 Pacific Ave. in Dallas.
