Future of Work: DallasHR and FutureSolve Team Up On Free HR Training

The new collaboration is a leap into the future of work. Thanks to the Texas Upskilling Grant program, DallasHR members will now have free access to FutureSolve's learning & development advisory services.

When we talk about the future of work, we often envision technological breakthroughs and digital transformations. But the importance of human capital, the people propelling businesses forward through all kinds of work—and their training—can’t be underestimated.

DallasHR, one of the biggest groups in the U.S. for human resources professionals, and Richardson-based FutureSolve, a trailblazing HR advisory and tech solutions firm founded in 2020, have inked a partnership that kicks off a fresh chapter for HR learning and career growth.

The partnership aims to democratize cutting-edge HR learning for Dallas business innovators.

Thanks to the Texas Upskilling Grant program, DallasHR members will now have free access to FutureSolve’s learning & development advisory services. HR professionals can access future-focused learning content and state-of-the-art learning platforms. The partners will work on customized training programs on topics from leadership and compliance to diversity and inclusion. According to a news release, the complementary service is fully funded by the grant program.

FutureSolve, founded by senior CHROs of giants like Comcast, Hostess Brands, Truist Bank, and Unisys, brings a trove of industry expertise to the table. DallasHR, the third largest Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapters in the nation, boasts a membership of nearly 2,000 active members who stand to benefit from this collaboration.

DallasHR’s Executive Director, Jimmy Taylor, says the alliance with FutureSolve will bolster the organization’s efforts in equipping its members with the necessary resources for success.

“With the rapid pace of change in the HR industry, it’s more important than ever for HR professionals to have access to the latest technology and training — and to be able to offer great training to their companies,” he said in a statement.

A leap into the future of work

The alliance is something of a manifesto for the future of work. The strength of the collaboration can set a new benchmark for HR education and professional development, according to the partners.

“We are thrilled to partner with DallasHR, an organization that shares our commitment to excellence in human resources,” said Ken Carrig, co-founder of FutureSolve. “Together, we can offer our clients a unique combination of technology and expertise that will help them navigate the complexities of the modern HR landscape.”

By providing business leaders with the tools to navigate the HR landscape of the future, DallasHR and FutureSolve aim to help companies keep pace with change, rather than just reacting to it.

Orgs behind the alliance

FutureSolve innovates in the field of human resources advisory and technology solutions, with services spanning a multitude of industries. It’s the brainchild of seasoned CHROs who pooled their collective expertise to help organizations turbo-charge performance and gear up for the future of work.

DallasHR, a stalwart of the HR community since 1939, isn’t just a hub for education and networking events for HR professionals in Dallas and Collin counties. It’s also a national influencer, powering events like the HRSouthwest Conference. SHRM, for the uninitiated, is the world’s largest HR professional society, providing resources, global best practices, and a community for human resources professionals. The group works to set a standard for HR management, creating a network of professionals who can adapt to the ever-changing workplace landscape.
