Plano-Based Enseo Hires New Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Sales Operations

The hospitality technology firm says the hires of Karen Wright as CMO and David Dingee as SVP of sales operations complete a leadership team revamp aimed at driving smarter strategy and customer success.

Plano-based hospitality tech provider Enseo has announced two strategic hires that come at what the company called “a pivotal time” as it refines and enhances its technology solutions, including guestroom entertainment, managed Wi-Fi, and employee safety devices.

Enseo said that Karen Wright has been appointed chief marketing officer and David Dingee is now senior vice president of sales operations.

“Karen and David bring a wealth of knowledge, proven leadership, and a fresh, shared vision for the future of Enseo,” CEO Brian Gurley said in a statement. “With their arrival, we’ve completed the transformation of our leadership team—positioning us to shape smarter strategies, deepen customer engagement, and accelerate our momentum across the industry.”

Wright will lead the marketing strategy, brand positioning, communications, and other key initiatives, the company said. Wright has more than 20 years of experience and brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth and transforming brands. Most recently, she was vice president of marketing at Euna Solutions, where she led demand generation, communications, and brand strategy efforts that delivered significant gains in pipeline efficiency and bookings.

Wright previously held leadership roles at Community Brands and Sabre.

Dingee will oversee sales operations, partnerships, and customer success initiatives, Enseo said.

Enseo said Dingee joins the company with a record of scaling high-performing sales organizations.

With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he understands the challenges and opportunities hoteliers face in the digital space. Per the company, he’s also driven significant revenue growth across the hospitality industry, including stints as the vice president of sales operations at WorldVue and VP of sales at Gigpro.

Enseo said Wright and Dingee complete a leadership team that underlines its commitment to strategic growth and customer success. The appointments, along with the recent hire of industry veterans, strengthen Enseo’s leadership, enhance its product offerings, and reinforce its commitment to delivering industry-leading, customer-focused solutions and support, the company said.
