Motivus, a global technology, data and AI consulting firm with an office in Irving, announced earlier this month that it added two executives to its leadership team as the company pursues new markets and ambitious growth.
Kevin Walmsley was named chief financial and operations officer, and Navneet Narula became chief sales officer. Motivus said both bring decades of experience to help advance its strategic vision and deliver digital innovation for clients.
The company, which rebranded from AgileThought in October 2024, says the new identity reflects its shift toward higher-value offerings in software development and technology consulting.
The new hires come at what CEO Hari Haran called “a pivotal moment for Motivus.” Haran said the company is expanding into new markets and working to streamline operations for scalable growth.
“Kevin and Navneet bring exceptional leadership capabilities that will be instrumental in executing our vision and delivering outstanding value to our clients,” he said.
Efficient growth and operations
The company said Walmsley has a background in strategic financial planning, operational efficiency, and business growth. His leadership in M&A, treasury, outsourcing and finance has supported fast-paced organizations worldwide.
Walmsley said the company’s focus on digital transformation and solving business challenges drew him to the role.
Before joining Motivus, he was CFO at Datavail, where he helped optimize operations and financial performance, according to the company. Motivus said his global experience will help the firm scale efficiently and execute its growth plans.
Global sales leadership
Narula has more than 22 years of experience in sales, P&L management, consulting, strategic planning and business management across IT services and business process outsourcing. His background spans industries including banking and financial services, insurance, capital markets, private equity and healthcare.
Motivus said his expertise spans diverse industries including banking and financial services, insurance, capital markets, private equity, healthcare and strategy and operations consulting.
Before joining Motivus, he held leadership positions at several prominent organizations in the technology and consulting sectors.
“The technology consulting landscape is experiencing unprecedented disruption due to AI, and Motivus is uniquely positioned to capitalize on this shift,” Narula said.
He added that he sees strong growth potential, especially in industries where AI-driven transformation is now critical.
In his new role, Motivus said Narula will lead global sales, develop and execute strategic initiatives, identify growth opportunities, build partnerships and help drive the company’s long-term vision across regions and service lines.
Motivus said it provides digital engineering, cloud, data, and AI-enabled transformation services to help clients grow revenue and reduce costs. The company has a global footprint anchored by nearshore development centers across Latin America.
