The Midtown redevelopment is expected to include a high-end hotel, apartments, office buildings, a movie theater, restaurants and retail, and a 20-acre city park. Plans for Dallas Midtown Park include a great lawn for concerts and events, wildflower gardens for strolling, prairie gardens for habitat restoration, a dog park, kids play land with an interactive fountain, and an informal theater space in the small meadow.
