Dallas’ Skybox Datacenters Appoints SVP of Design and Construction

Ken Clausen brings more than 25 years of comprehensive experience in corporate real estate, encompassing design, construction, and property management across diverse sectors including data center, industrial, medical, manufacturing, retail, and corporate office to his new role.

Industry veteran Ken Clausen has been appointed SVP of design and construction by Dallas-based Skybox Datacenters, a provider of cutting-edge cloud infrastructure solutions.

Clausen brings more than 25 years of comprehensive experience in corporate real estate, encompassing design, construction, and property management across diverse sectors including data center, industrial, medical, manufacturing, retail, and corporate office to his new role.

“Ken brings an incredible depth of design and construction experience to Skybox. Combined with his demonstrated leadership skills, we’re excited about the key role he will play in the next phase of growth for our organization,” Skybox Datacenters CEO Rob Morris said in a statement. “We’re thrilled to have Ken join Skybox as we continue to scale our cloud infrastructure nationwide.”

Before joining Skybox Datacenters, Clausen was SVP of design and construction for Citigroup in North America, where the company said he demonstrated exceptional leadership and played a pivotal role in advancing innovative real estate projects.

Clausen’s background in overseeing multifaceted real estate projects positions him perfectly to spearhead Skybox’s expansion initiatives.

  • Thursday night at AD EX—the Architecture and Design Exchange in downtown Dallas—the Dallas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects announced the 14 winners of its 2023 Built, Unbuilt, and Student Design Awards. See all the amazing work.
