Dallas IVF has been acquired by Ivy Fertility, a San Diego-based innovator in advanced reproductive technology, in-vitro fertilization, and third-party reproduction.
Dallas IVF is a fertility practice serving patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
“Exceptional compassion is the cornerstone of Dallas IVF’s mission,” Brian Barnett, MD, medical director at Dallas IVF, said in a statement. “When considering joining a larger network, finding a partner that shared our values of patient care and inclusivity was paramount. Ivy Fertility offers hope to families all over the world, and we are excited to contribute to that effort as the newest member of their collaborative network.”
Dallas IVF was named one of America’s best fertility clinics in 2023 by Newsweek. It’s led by Barnett, Lowell Ku, MD, Dara Havemann, MD, and Sara Mucowski, MD. Since the clinic’s founding in 1997, Dallas IVF said it “has helped more than 13,000 babies come into the world.”
With locations in Dallas, Frisco, McKinney, and Tyler, Dallas IVF provides family-building services to patients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and beyond. Its Frisco location is also home to a state-of-the-art IVF lab and surgery center.
Dallas IVF said it prides itself on compassionate, successful care to as many patients as possible, with more than 20% of its IVF patients having previous unsuccessful cycles or being turned away for treatment at other clinics.
“We believe that compassion and cutting-edge technology can and should go hand in hand, and Dallas IVF exemplifies that commitment,” Ivy Fertility CEO Lisa Van Dolah said in a statement. “Everyone deserves access to the most exceptional treatment, and we’re looking forward to offering our expert care to aspiring parents in Texas and beyond. The Ivy Fertility network now includes 52 reproductive endocrinologists in 27 locations across 9 states.”
The Ivy Fertility network includes Dallas IVF, Fertility Associates of Memphis, Fertility Centers of Orange County, Idaho Fertility Center, IVF Fertility Center, Los Angeles Reproductive Center, Nevada Center for Reproductive Medicine, Nevada Fertility Center, NOVA IVF, Pacific Northwest Fertility, Reproductive Partners Medical Group, San Diego Fertility Center, Utah Fertility Center, and Virginia Fertility & IVF.
