Dallas-based Gold’s Gym has debuted a new personal training app.
GOLD’S AMP makes the workout experience accessible to users outside the gym through cardio, bodyweight, and stretching exercise sessions, according to a release.
“What sets this app apart is more than 50 years of Gold’s Gym fitness expertise brought to life through engaging and motivating workouts with the best coaches in the business,” Gold’s Gym Chief Information Officer Adam Zeitsiff said in a release. “Whether you’re in the gym, outdoors, or on the road, you’ll always have a Gold’s Gym coach motivating you to stay fit, strong, and healthy.”
“GOLD’S AMP is the intersection of fitness, music, and technology.”

The trainings include workouts for all intensity levels set to music and range from 6-60 minutes.
“GOLD’S AMP is the intersection of fitness, music, and technology,” Zeitsiff said.
The iOS and Android app is available to both Gold’s Gym members and nonmembers for a cost of $9.99 per month. It offers optional notifications and alerts to keep users motivated and updated. For Apple users, the GOLD’s AMP will sync up with Apple’s Health app so users can track their fitness development.
