Dallas-based calibration and metrology services provider Aldinger Co. has acquired OnCal, a premier calibration service provider based in the Pacific Northwest. It’s Aldinger’s second acquisition announcement in the past few weeks.

Aldinger CEO Joe Moser said OnCal’s “unparalleled expertise in pipette calibration and commitment to precision and quality aligns perfectly with our values.”

“This acquisition not only broadens our service capabilities but also strengthens our dedication to customer satisfaction, particularly in the critical area of pipette calibration,” he added in a statement.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Aldinger said the acquisition aligns with its growth strategy and underscores its commitment to delivering quality calibration solutions across various industries.

With more than 23 years of experience, OnCal has built a solid reputation for its expertise in precision calibration, serving sectors such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy, and healthcare. According to Aldinger, OnCal is known for its technical proficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction. The company said OnCal’s integration into Aldinger will enhance service offerings and grow the company’s geographical footprint, benefiting clients nationwide.

Aldinger said that OnCal’s existing customers can expect a seamless transition, with continuous access to the high-quality services they have come to trust.

Earlier this month, Aldinger acquired North Dakota-based J&J Calibrations.
