Comparably has released its list of the Best Places to Work in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area—and Topgolf tees it off at #1.
Following Topgolf in the top 5 are fintech Alkami Technology, Ericsson, Invitation Homes, and U.S. Dermatology Partners.
Ratings come from anonymous employees
Comparably is a workplace culture and corporate brand reputation platform with over 15 million anonymous employee ratings on 70,000 companies.
Comparably’s DFW list is derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees in Dallas-Ft. Worth who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com over the past 12 months. The Santa Monica, California-based company calls the list “especially relevant for job seekers looking for their next job during The Great Resignation.”
Nearly 20 different workplace culture categories were measured, from compensation, leadership, and work-life balance to professional development opportunities and perks and benefits, Comparably says.
