Dallas-Based SmartMoving Raises $41.4M to Help Automate the Moving Process

SmartMoving—a software solutions startup that aims to streamline the moving services business—landed the investment from Austin- and San Francisco-based growth equity firm Mainsail Partners. Its platform automates the entire operations process from estimates to sending out crews to handling payroll and payments. “Our mission is to build the best software to help moving companies create growth and run their businesses smoothly,” says SmartMoving founder and CEO Tobe Thompson.

In All-Dallas Deal, Parking Tech Platform ParkHub Bolsters Its Payments Solutions

Dallas-based ParkHub—which manages parking operations and payments for businesses, municipalities, and venues like AT&T Stadium and American Airlines Center, while delivering analytics and insights—has acquired Dallas payment processing integrator Fuzse for an undisclosed amount.
