Beginning today, "select riders" who have downloaded the Waymo app will receive an invitation to take their first local robotaxi rides in Dallas. Competitors include Uber and Avride, who launched their own Dallas robotaxi service in December (but with a safety driver aboard for now). Lyft plans its own Dallas robotaxi service later this year.

RJW Logistics Group Opens Its Third Dallas-Area Warehouse in Forney

The new 512,223-SF warehouse in Forney is expected to serve around 75 CPG customers and create 200 new jobs in the region. With this expansion, RJW’s Dallas-area footprint now spans 1.7 million square feet, with more than 600 jobs created to date, the Illinois-based company said.

At EagleNXT's new HQ in Allen, the company will set up its first-ever U.S. production line for its eBee VISION drone, a fixed-wing surveillance drone that can be deployed in three minutes by a single operator. EagleNXT will also be manufacturing its agricultural MicaSense multispectral sensors at the Allen facility, the company said.

Sky Harbour Group has received approvals to build a total of eight new home base operator hangars at Dallas Love Field, Dallas Executive Airport, and Fort Worth Meacham International Airport.
