The luxury brand's first property in Texas will be located on a 2.5-acre site with direct access to the Katy Trail and the Dallas North Tollway. The "design- and engineering-driven" cat litter brand has selected Dallas as the site for its future manufacturing facility, which will produce tofu cat litter engineered for automatic litter box systems. Made from soybean fiber or pulp, tofu cat litter is said to have superior odor control and cause less paw-tracking around the home, while being biodegradable, flushable, and 99% dust-free.
