The "design- and engineering-driven" cat litter brand has selected Dallas as the site for its future manufacturing facility, which will produce tofu cat litter engineered for automatic litter box systems. Made from soybean fiber or pulp, tofu cat litter is said to have superior odor control and cause less paw-tracking around the home, while being biodegradable, flushable, and 99% dust-free.

Projected to add 40 jobs to the local economy, it will feature 12 Trackman simulators with multi-angle swing-capture technology and access to more than 300 famous courses around the world. To be located in Northlake within Hillwood's AllianceTexas development, 10X will be close to MP’s existing Independence rare earth magnet facility in Fort Worth. The new campus will create over 1,500 jobs and "will cement North Texas as the center of gravity for the United States’ rare earth magnet supply chain," MP said.

Beginning today, "select riders" who have downloaded the Waymo app will receive an invitation to take their first local robotaxi rides in Dallas. Competitors include Uber and Avride, who launched their own Dallas robotaxi service in December (but with a safety driver aboard for now). Lyft plans its own Dallas robotaxi service later this year.
