Pay-at-the-Table Pioneer Ziosk Opens New Warehouse Service Center in North Texas

With a facility three times larger than Ziosk’s previous location, the Plano center offers autonomous working lines that can significantly accelerate processing speeds and quadruple its current product capacity, the company said.

Plano-based Ziosk—a pioneer of pay-at-the-table technology and leading SaaS hospitality platform for restaurants—has opened of a new “state-of-the-art” service center distribution warehouse in Plano, boosting the company’s investment in operational infrastructure.

The new service center is designed to increase product volumes, accelerate operations, and support future growth, helping Ziosk offer exceptional service to its growing base of restaurant operator partners, the company said.

All Ziosk products, including the Ziosk Mini, Ziosk Drop & Pay, and Ziosk Pro Server Tablet, will be distributed through the new service center, which will employ 20 workers based in North Texas.

Ziosk CEO Rhonda Levene said that at every stage of her company’s growth, “we’ve focused on investing in technology, people, and processes that allow us to deliver a better restaurant experience.”

The 16,000-square-foot service center offers increased capacity and optimized design, supporting Ziosk’s future international growth. With a facility three times larger than the company’s previous location, the Plano center offers autonomous working lines that can significantly accelerate processing speeds and quadruple its current product capacity, the company said. Also, an on-site hardware and software testing center are engineered to support product reliability.

Ziosk said that the new facility helps the company continue to strengthen its leadership in the restaurant technology category, highlighting an ongoing commitment to providing fast, reliable service solutions for restaurant operators around the world.
