Dallas’ Trive Capital Forms Thriving Brands, Acquires Right Guard and Dry Idea From Germany’s Henkel

The acquisition by Thriving Brands was announced in June, but Trive's involvement was only revealed today. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. In 2006, Henkel and its U.S. Dial division acquired Right Guard, Dry Idea, and Soft & Dry from Proctor & Gamble for $420 million.
