Northern Trust, a Chicago-based financial services company, has appointed Dotti Reeder as market president of Dallas-Fort Worth, where she will lead the wealth management business serving high-net-worth individuals and families.

“Dotti’s lifelong commitment to Dallas, along with her deep expertise advising clients and leading people, further strengthens our commitment to the community,” Michele Havens, West Region president of Northern Trust Wealth Management, said in a statement, emphasizing that Northern Trust is “passionate about this market” and that Reeder “will significantly add to our longstanding, extraordinary franchise in Texas.”...

Apple Executive Joins Board of Irving’s Neovia Logistics

Irving-based global contract logistics provider Neovia Logistics has appointed Apple executive Gerard Macken to its board of directors.

According to Neovia, Macken has held a variety of executive leadership positions overseeing logistics and supply chains, most recently as senior director, Worldwide Logistics and Supply Chain for Apple.

“Gerard brings a wealth of industry experience, know-how, and expertise to Neovia,” Board Chairman Carlos Rodriguez said in a statement, adding that Macken “will be a tremendous asset to the board and the company’s executive leadership team” as Neovia continues its focus on growth and expanding its global customer base....
