Addison-based restaurant chain Wingstop announced Stacy Peterson, executive vice president, chief revenue and technology officer, has resigned to become CEO of another unnamed company.
Restaurant Business reported that the announcement was made in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Wingstop said Peterson’s departure will be effective Dec. 2. It did not disclose where Peterson will be going as CEO, only saying it is a private-equity sponsored, non-competitive company....
