Axxess, the Dallas-based home health technology company, has released a new app for easy client use that features OASIS documentation (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) for mobile devices.
The app also allows access to patient visit information, charts, and care plans, and is HIPAA-compliant.
The company’s new app, AgencyCore, was created on its cloud-based software foundation. It allows users to document care and secure comprehensive patient assessments while offline. The information will automatically sync when the user re-establishes internet connection.
The app also allows access to patient visit information, charts, and care plans, and is HIPAA-compliant.
AgencyCore is user-friendly, and allows clinicians to complete documentation while seeing patients and speaking to other members of the medical community, Axxess Technology Director Shradha Aiyer said.
OASIS documentation is required by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services and records performance data for home-health agencies.
