Charles Glover oversees charitable investments in the areas of education and the arts for the Meadows Foundation, Inc. Glover originally moved to Dallas to establish TFA-Dallas, as founding Executive Director. He then served as a cabinet member in Dallas ISD and as the Senior Fellow at Bellwether Education. Charles started his career in Durham, NC, as a middle school teacher and football coach. He currently serves on numerous nonprofit boards in Dallas-Fort Worth and across Texas. He is an alumnus of Leadership Dallas and was recognized by the DBJ’s 40 under 40. Glover received his B.S. in Sociology from Texas A&M University and his M.Ed. in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University.
