At Fault Pickleball and ‘Social Hub’ Opens in Farmers Branch

At Fault's solution for turning pickleball into a relaxing eatertainment experience? Soundproof glass between the venue's indoor courts and scratch-food restaurant.

Pickleball just keeps tock-tock-tocking into North Texas. The latest entry: At Fault, a pickleball venue and social hub at 2330 Jett Street in Farmers Branch. Opened this week, it promises “the thrill of pickleball with scratch-made dining in a retro and elevated atmosphere.”

At Fault’s 40,000-square-foot facility offers five indoor and four outdoor courts, two full-service bars, an outdoor patio area, and a 3,600-square-foot restaurant, featuring a curated menu from chef John Franke. The offerings range “from refined bites to casual favorites, paired alongside inspired cocktails,” all under $20.

At Fault Co-Founder Bo Oh says the new venue offers players “a truly dynamic and exciting pickleball, dining, and social experience.”

“The retro vibe brings a touch of nostalgia, blending the fun of an old-school club with best-in-class technology, so whether you’re here for a drink or a game, At Fault has something to offer,” he added in a statement.

‘Retro-modern ambiance’

At Fault’s blend of retro and modern ambiance features furniture by Dallas-based WORKSHOP | studio, light fixtures by Neon Studio, and custom pickleball-inspired murals by local artist Alli K Design.

The space is optimized for large groups, with seating for 150 in the dining room. That’s separated from the courts’ symphony of tock-tock-tocks thanks to soundproof glass. A center-hung, four-screen jumbotron dishes up visual entertainment.

Also on tap is the Center Court Lounge, a “lively yet laid-back social space that offers players and spectators the perfect vantage point to take in the pickleball action.”

Technology via PodPlay

Each indoor court offers what At Fault calls “top-of-the-line technology” through PodPlay, allowing players to replay their shots with direct download through the At Fault app. Players can keep score digitally directly integrated to DUPR, “the world’s most accurate pickleball rating.”

Players can book courts online here or through the At Fault app, available for download on iOS devices.
