Southlake-based Alliance Clinical Network has named Anthony Milonas as its new chief executive officer. He succeeds founder Anthony Abey, who will remain on the network’s board of directors.
In a statement, Abey said Milonas’ “leadership, integrity, and passion for advancing healthcare make him the perfect fit to lead Alliance into its next phase of growth. I look forward to supporting Anthony and the Alliance organization through my continued involvement on the board.”
Abey served as CEO since January 2018 and guided Alliance Clinical Network through significant growth, establishing “its reputation for operational excellence and patient-centered research,” the company said. He will continue to provide strategic vision and support the organization through his role on the board.

Throughout his career, Milonas has been “known for building collaborative cultures, implementing data-driven systems, and advancing patient-focused care.”
“I am honored to join Alliance and to work alongside such a talented team,” Milonas said in a statement. “I’m deeply grateful to Anthony Abey for his visionary leadership and the strong foundation he has built, and I look forward to building on the Company’s strong momentum to deepen our impact and advance our shared mission of improving patient lives through clinical research.”
