Booster Fuels recently aligned with The Great Mall of the Bay Area in California and now allows shoppers there the opportunity to fill up their cars while they are inside shopping.
Booster was founded in December 2014, and has been operating in Dallas-Fort Worth and in California, where it has found a growing clientele for its on-site gasoline delivery service.
“Can’t share specific details, but we know shoppers would love this zero-hassle service in Dallas as much as in San Francisco Bay Area.”
Frank Mycroft
The deal with the mall is Booster’s first move into the retail sector. Since the app’s inception, an office park or business could sign up with Booster, and employees at those locations were able to utilize the service.
Last year, Booster partnered with the University of Texas at Dallas to serve students, faculty, and other staff on campus.
Now, the company is extending its services to shoppers at the Great Mall, in Milpitas, California, marking Booster’s first foray into the retail industry.
Customers can request Booster’s services through the app, and a mini-tanker fills up their car while they shop.
When asked about the possibility of Booster teaming up with shopping centers in the DFW area, CEO Frank Mycroft said, “Can’t share specific details, but we know shoppers would love this zero-hassle service in Dallas as much as in San Francisco Bay Area.”
