The Design District’s Aria Stone Gallery has introduced the first retail stone e-commerce site to browse and purchase from its luxury stone collection.
First launched in Summer 2013, Aria Stone Gallery is a stone showroom designed with a museum concept layout that sells slabs of stone displayed on the gallery walls, much like art pieces.
“We were the first true gallery-format stone showroom and the first to bring that concept online.”

“We were the first true gallery-format stone showroom and the first to bring that concept online,” founder Vinny Tavares said in a press release.
A gallery-formatted showroom isn’t the only industry-first idea Aria Stone is bringing along with them to the site.
Being the first retail stone supplier to provide price transparency for shoppers, the store has transferred that philosophy to its online site by displaying cost figures attached to products. The site also features a live concierge service for shoppers to connect with a customer support agent.
“As part of our identity we continue to push the boundaries and set the presidency of stone innovation,” Tavares said.
