CyberlinkASP, a Dallas-based advanced solutions provider for small and mid-size businesses specializing in cloud and IT solutions, has acquired Fresh Managed IT to expand its territory and deepen its expertise. Fresh IT offers outsourced IT services to small and mid-size businesses, including network and device management, cloud-based hosting, cybersecurity, and VoIP phone systems.

“We’re excited to partner with Fresh IT and strengthen Cyberlink’s MSP business,” Chris Lantrip, CEO of Cyberlink, said in a statement. “The acquisition deepens Cyberlink’s geographical footprint in the Southeast and strengthens our management team with the addition of John Wiles, who brings extensive technical leadership and experience.” 

Per Linkedin, Wiles is chief technology officer at Fresh Managed IT.

Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, Fresh IT serves 150 customers across a number of markets including healthcare, construction, and their largest and strongest market, restaurants. For multi-location restaurants, Fresh IT’s solutions provide comprehensive IT support and monitoring backed by consistent delivery and predictable costs, the company said.

Fresh IT’s solutions enable its customers to reduce internal IT overhead, strengthen security, and speed digital transformation with an experienced partner, the company said. The acquisition of Fresh IT builds upon Cyberlink’s MSP business to serve more customers and provide expanded regional coverage.

New York-based private equity firm Seaport Capital acquired CyberlinkASP in 2023.
