Dallas’ Stream Realty Partners Promotes Exec to Co-Head of National Office Occupier Business

Craig Wilson, who's been with Stream since 2020, has been instrumental in growing the company's Dallas-Fort Worth business and elevating the Office Tenant Representation platform nationwide, the company said.

Stream Realty Partners, a Dallas-based national commercial real estate firm, has promoted Craig Wilson to co-head of its National Office Occupier business, a role in which he will work alongside Executive Managing Director and Partner Greg Katz to lead Stream’s occupier services platform and drive its expansion across all markets.

“We’re excited to see Craig step into this role,” Stream President and CEO Chris Jackson said in a statement. “His leadership in DFW has positioned Stream as a dominant player in one of the nation’s most competitive markets, and his ability to connect with teams and clients across geographies makes him an ideal leader for our national platform. I have no doubt that Craig, alongside Greg Katz, will further drive the growth and success of our occupier services business.”

Wilson, who has been with Stream since 2020, has been instrumental in growing the company’s Dallas-Fort Worth business and elevating the Office Tenant Representation platform nationwide. His promotion reflects the significant contributions he has made to the firm and the platform’s continued expansion under his leadership, Stream said.

In his new role, Stream said Wilson will focus on ensuring the company’s tenant representation professionals collaborate across markets to consistently deliver top-tier service to clients. He’ll also work with market leaders to recruit top talent, further expanding Stream’s footprint in the tenant representation space.

“I’m honored to take on this role and partner with Greg Katz to continue building what we believe is one of the fastest-growing service lines within Stream,” Wilson said in a statement. “Stream is one of the most dynamic and energetic companies in the commercial real estate space, and we are committed to maintaining that momentum by providing our teams with the resources they need to uncover opportunities and connect service lines across markets.”

Katz, who has already made significant strides in expanding Stream’s national occupier services platform, expressed excitement about working alongside Wilson in this new capacity.

“Craig’s track record speaks for itself,” Katz said. “His leadership and ability to connect practitioners across geographies have been pivotal to our success, and I look forward to working together as we continue to grow and evolve the platform.”

Wilson said the company is at an exciting juncture.

“Our job is to ensure we continue providing our team members with the resources and support they need to keep this momentum going. I’m looking forward to what’s next for Stream and our clients,” he said.
