Real Estate Veteran Joins Lincoln Property Co. to Lead Property Management Nationally

Lincoln Property said Mike Mrozek will focus on driving elevated service delivery across its property management and engineering platforms, and will connect teams and resources from across the company's geographic footprint to better serve clients.

Veteran real estate executive Mike Mrozek has joined Dallas-based real estate services provider Lincoln Property Co. to lead its property management business nationally.

“The addition of an executive leader of Mike’s experience and caliber will create further momentum in the growth of Lincoln’s Property Management business, particularly in the third-party management space,” David Binswanger, co-CEO of Lincoln Property Co., said in a statement. “Mike is among the industry’s top leaders when it comes to creating collaborative solutions and innovative approaches that will add value for our clients and team. We could not be more thrilled to add Mike to our leadership team.”

Mrozek, who’s based in Dallas, has more than 15 years of property management leadership experience, most recently serving as CBRE’s chief operating officer for Americas Property Management. As COO, he oversaw 1 billion square feet of managed properties and more than 4,800 employees across the U.S., Latin America, and Canada.

Before that, Mrozek led property management for CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic region.

Lincoln Property said that Mrozek will focus on driving elevated service delivery across its property management and engineering platforms, and he will connect teams and resources from across the company’s geographic footprint to better serve clients. He will also be pivotal in leading business development efforts to grow Lincoln’s national third-party management business.

Lincoln said it currently manages and leases more than 557 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties across 35 U.S. markets, including both joint venture and client-owned assets.

“I’m very excited to join Lincoln at such a transformational time in the evolution of the firm. I look forward to partnering with the skilled teams across the country to support the growth and development of Lincoln’s well-respected property management business and bring the best of Lincoln to all our clients,” Mrozek said in a statement.
