Aldinger Co., a Dallas-based provider of calibration and metrology services, has acquired J&J Calibrations, a well-known company in the calibration industry.
Aldinger said the move is a key milestone in its growth strategy, underscoring the company’s dedication to delivering “top-tier quality calibration” across various industries.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Aldinger CEO Joe Moser said that he and his team were excited to bring J&J Calibrations into the Aldinger family.
“Their dedication to precision and quality aligns perfectly with our values. We’re particularly excited about their accredited Mobile Calibration Labs, which we plan to extend across our network and into new markets,” Moser said in a statement.
He added that the acquisition enhances both his company’s service capabilities and its commitment to customer satisfaction.
“Together, we’ll raise the standards in the calibration industry,” Moser added.
Walcott, North Dakota-based J&J Calibrations was founded in 1978. Aldinger said it has built a solid reputation for its expertise in precision calibration services, serving sectors such as aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Known for its technical proficiency and customer-centric approach, the company said that J&J Calibrations’ integration into Aldinger will enhance service offerings and expand the geographical footprint, benefiting clients nationwide.
Aldinger said that combining J&J Calibrations’ specialized mobile capabilities with its comprehensive service portfolio will “create a synergy that drives excellence in calibration standards while enhancing operational efficiencies and process optimization.”
