An insurtech industry leader, Integrity operates from its HQ in downtown Dallas, where it leases six floors of the iconic Fountain Place tower. With an extensive network of wealth advisers across all 50 states, Integrity Wealth launches as an already "strong and respected leader" in the industry, the company says.

Integrity Marketing Group—the continually fast-growing Dallas-based distributor of life and health insurance and provider of wealth management and retirement planning solutions—has announced the official brand launch of Integrity Wealth.

“By formally defining Integrity Wealth as a key division within our service-driven platform, we’re better positioned to expand our already robust wealth management and planning to even more Americans with an impressive portfolio of fully integrated and holistic life, health and wealth offerings,” Bryan W. Adams, co-founder and CEO of Integrity, said in a statement. “Integrity partners have been serving wealth management clients for decades—and now, as we come together as an integrated platform, they will offer their knowledge and expertise to help more American consumers gain access to services and solutions that help them better plan for retirement and make the most of what life brings!”

The firm said that with more than $46 billion in assets under management and advisement and an extensive network of wealth advisers across all 50 states, Integrity Wealth is already a “strong and respected leader” in the industry.

Integrity operates out of its headquarters in downtown Dallas, where it leases six floors in the iconic I.M. Pei-designed Fountain Place tower.

Brings together diverse wealth-focused partner firms

The formal launch of the Integrity Wealth brand brings together Integrity’s diverse wealth-focused partner firms to more comprehensively work with the company’s Life and Health divisions in delivering holistic life, health, and wealth solutions to millions of American consumers, the company said.

Integrity Wealth, in combination with Integrity’s pillars of Life and Health, aims to transform the industry as it empowers agents and advisers to access comprehensive capabilities within partner affiliates to expand integrated solutions.

The company said that consumers will benefit as they gain access, via their wealth advisers and insurance agents, to more wide-ranging and cross-functional guidance, extensive products, and effective planning solutions.

“We’ve long been focused on delivering life and health insurance solutions that help consumers protect what’s important, and we know they’re only part of the equation,” Adams said.

He added that many Americans need wealth planning help to protect hard-earned assets. By integrating life, health, and wealth, Integrity takes service “to the next level.”

“With Integrity Wealth, we have the opportunity to help consumers access the holistic planning and protection they deserve, provided through three interconnected pillars of Life, Health and Wealth,” he said. “Each pillar provides an established framework designed for insurance agents and wealth advisors to collaborate and align their areas of expertise.”

Benefits of an integrated approach

The company said that Integrity’s three comprehensive service areas—Integrity Life, Integrity Health, and Integrity Wealth—are now positioned to further transform the insurance and financial services industries by helping agents and advisers better serve the interrelated life, health, and wealth needs of consumers.

“In today’s complex and often uncertain environment, having access to comprehensive planning solutions that work together seamlessly has never been more important,” Tom Dempsey, Integrity’s chief distribution officer, said in a statement. “By holistically integrating our proven wealth management and planning expertise with our expansive services and capabilities, Integrity is once again leading the way in looking out for the best interests of consumers.”

Dempsy said that Integrity uses that unified approach to provide excellent guidance to their clients.

“Our goal is to help put them on the path to a more secure, stable and satisfying retirement,” he added, “and leave a strong and lasting legacy for their loved ones.”

Integrity said it provides end-to-end innovative technology and resources designed to help agents and advisers work more efficiently and anticipate consumer needs.

An insurtech industry leader, Integrity offers a scalable, cloud-based technology suite that helps humanize and improve the insurance and financial services experience for everyone.

The company said that Integrity Wealth will utilize key components of the Integrity Suite of Solutions, which offers proprietary life, health, and wealth components in one AI-driven technology platform, including MedicareCENTER, LifeCENTER, LeadCENTER, and Ask Integrity.
